• Generate AI-based engraving designs
• Create and export SVG/vector files

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, malicious, or executable files
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Abuse or overload our servers
• Bypass usage limits or security measures

We may suspend access if we detect abuse or suspicious activity.

You retain ownership of any content you upload.

However, by using EngraveIQ, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store it temporarily to provide the service

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• It does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights

EngraveIQ uses automated systems to generate outputs.

We do not guarantee that:

• Outputs are error-free
• Outputs are suitable for every use case
• Outputs will meet your expectations

You are responsible for reviewing all generated files before use.

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or credits.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

You agree that:

• All payments are final unless required otherwise by law
• We may change pricing with notice
• Access to paid features may be suspended if payment fails

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All rights in the EngraveIQ platform, including software, design, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our platform without permission.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We are not liable for:

• Downtime
• Delays
• Technical issues beyond our control

Color outcomes from the Laser Color Studio depend on physical conditions outside our control, as detailed in the in-app disclosure shown when you first access the feature. We do not guarantee specific color results on any material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

You agree to indemnify and hold EngraveIQ harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

• We suspect misuse or abuse
